Lake Nakuru Sopa Lodge is a luxury safari lodge located within Lake Nakuru National Park in Kenya. The lodge is situated on a hill overlooking Lake Nakuru, which is known for its large population of flamingos and other bird species.
Located on a range of hills that form the western limits of Africa’s Great Rift Valley, the lodge offers spectacular views over the vastness of Africa. From Nairobi, the capital of Kenya, Sopa Lodge is about 165 kilometres on tarmac roads and then 21 kilometres of all-weather road through the national park.
The lodge also overlooks Lake Nakuru and its surrounding National Park, one that is a paradise for bird watchers and wildlife lovers alike. Lake Nakuru National Park is mainly a wooded and bushy grassland with a wide ecological diversity and characteristic habitats that range from the lake waters to the escarpment and ridges.
