Day 1: Welcome to Nairobi: Your Adventure Awaits

Welcome to Kenya! Upon your arrival at the airport, one of our experienced guides will greet you and assist you with your transfer to your hotel. As you settle in, you'll receive a briefing on the code of conduct and what to expect during your exciting safari to Aberdares. Get ready to embark on an unforgettable adventure as you explore the beauty and wildlife of this incredible country and be part of conservation efforts!

Day 2: Discover the Majestic Highlands and Wildlife of Aberdares

Prepare for an incredible experience in the Aberdares, where the stunning Kenyan Highlands, elusive forest elephants, and vast herds of buffalos await you. Subtly coined the Scotland of Kenya, this region shares similar climatic conditions to Scotland, with snow being the only exception.

As an introduction to Kenya's safari experience, you'll uncover the rich history of the region while enjoying rewarding game drives. Keep your eyes peeled for forest elephants, bongo, buffalos, and hyenas, as well as an array of vibrant birdlife like Bulbul, Shrikes, and Sparrows among others.

Enjoy a delicious breakfast and a hearty lunch served at the lodge, and return in the evening for dinner.

Day 3: Discover the Wonders of Lake Bogoria: Hot Springs and Flamingos

Lake Bogoria is a stunning saline-alkaline lake in a volcanic region famous for its vibrant pink flamingos. As you explore on foot, you’ll encounter bubbling geysers and steamy hot springs, creating a dreamlike atmosphere. Keep your eyes peeled for rare bird species. Enjoy breakfast and lunch at the lodge, with dinner and accommodation waiting for you in the evening.

Day 4: Adventurous Hiking and Cycling at Hell's Gate National Park

Inspired by the award-winning  Lion King Animation, Hell's Gate National Park boasts a surreal landscape that's a haven for wildlife. Explore the park on foot or by bike, getting up close with giraffes, zebras, and gazelles, all while enjoying a predator-free environment. Your safari walk adventure will be guided by an armed ranger for added safety and expertise.

Day 5: Discover the Maasai Mara: The Big Five and the Great Wildebeest Migration Awaits

Experience the unparalleled wildlife spectacle of Maasai Mara, one of Africa’s premier safari destinations. Witness the breathtaking annual wildebeest migration,  as they cross from Serengeti to Mara in search of lush pastures.

Each day begins with an exhilarating 4x4 game drive through the reserve, featuring iconic sights like the dramatic river crossings where wildebeest face the lurking crocodiles. With abundant wildlife year-round, you're guaranteed exceptional game viewing.

Enjoy the option of a picnic lunch inside the park during your adventure. You can also immerse yourself in the rich Maasai culture with a visit to a local village, where you can participate in traditional dances, taste unique delicacies like milk mixed with blood, learn the art of fire-making, and shop for authentic Maasai artefacts.

Day 6: Intimate Encounters with Nairobi's Endangered Giraffes

You’ll have the chance to witness vital conservation efforts aimed at protecting endangered species like the Rothschild Giraffe. Enjoy a scenic game drive in Maasai Mara as you make your way back to Nairobi, arriving just in time for a delicious lunch at the famous Carnivore Restaurant, renowned for its diverse culinary offerings. After lunch, visit the Giraffe Centre, where you can learn about the conservation initiatives in place and interact closely with the resident giraffes. Feed them by hand and capture unforgettable photos during this memorable experience.

Later, you’ll head back to the airport for your international departure flight.
